Balanced Fitness Workshops... These are an opportunity for structured evaluation of muscular imbalances which are the source of pain for many. Often neck, shoulder, back and hip problems, which effect daily function, originate from muscular imbalances. These are created by postural habits, jobs, sports, recreational activities, injuries and even exercise programs. I have worked with many who have suffered with pain for years and found relief with these programs. These are also good preventative programs which can be adapted to any workout routine, including aerobics, Pilates and Yoga.
